Default Love films.com

Me and my other half see most movies using Love films. It gets harder and harder to find decent films to watch so thought I'd ask for your help.

Any recommendations would be most welcome.

Our last film was 'In The Loop' a black comedy about politics. 6/10 for me. I thought it was funny in parts, a little long. It did seem realistic, you can just imagine how decisions in politics are made, eek.

Tomorrow night it's Terminator the new one...................

Terminator Salvation.....not as good as the first two, but not bad either imho. The middle got a bit too actionie for me, but overall 6.5 out of 10.

I'm with blockbusters, changed because lovefilm were terrible for me.

At the moment, I've got Wolverine, Monsters & Aliens, and The White Ribbon on blu ray to watch. So far, it's taken me two nights to watch Wolverine and still yet to finish it. It's terrible... fallen asleep twice now.

So don't recommend adding that to your list. The White Ribbon is suppose to be an amazing film though, will be watching it tonight.

If you haven't seen the Oscar winner yet( to Avatar) then definitely rent The Hurt Locker.

I can see we'll have different tastes in films as I loved both Wolverine and Avatar, lol. I have got Hurt Locker on my list though and love the Pixar films so there may be some common ground.

Watched 'Dorian Gray' at the weekend and thought it was pants!

Fingers crossed we've had no problems with lovefilms.com, but it was better when it was Amazon.......

I was disappointed with all three of those films I mentioned above... The White Ribbon was okay, I prefer the director's other work over it.

Dorian Gray I've yet to see, the person who recommended the film to me usually recommends quite rubbish films..., so I will not be expecting much lol. And you thought it was pants.
